SMS text messaging — consent and choices
Last updated: May 12, 2026
This page describes how Support Beacon Relief (the dispatch platform for Rancher Navy) uses SMS messaging, how we obtain consent, and how you can opt out. This page is publicly accessible for carrier and compliance review, including Twilio A2P 10DLC verification.
Who sends the messages
Messages are sent by authorized dispatch coordinators through the Support Beacon Relief platform, using Twilio as our approved business messaging provider. All messages are operational in nature and relate to Rancher Navy dispatch coordination, including job assignments, pickup and delivery details, scheduling updates, safety notices, and other dispatch communications.
How we obtain consent
Consent is collected through one or more of the following methods:
In-app enrollment — During account registration in the Support Beacon app, users are presented with an opt-in checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is accompanied by the following disclosure:
By checking this box, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Support Beacon Relief regarding dispatch assignments, delivery updates, and operational alerts. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.
No SMS messages are sent until the user actively checks this box and completes enrollment.
Written consent form — Drivers and haulers may sign a written consent form at onboarding that explicitly authorizes SMS dispatch communications. The form includes message frequency, data rate, and opt-out disclosures.
Coordinator enrollment — In operational contexts, an authorized Rancher Navy dispatch coordinator may register a driver or hauler directly into the system. The individual is informed verbally or in writing that they will receive SMS messages as part of their role, and consent is documented internally before any messages are sent.
Confirmed reply opt-in — In some cases, a coordinator initiates first contact and the driver confirms consent by replying YES before recurring messages begin.
Data and privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for any marketing or commercial purpose. Your information is used solely for dispatch operations. For full details, see our Privacy policy.
Opt-out and help
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, reply START or contact your dispatch coordinator.
For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@supportbeaconrelief.com.
Standard message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan. Message frequency varies based on dispatch activity.
