Operated by: Rancher Navy, a nonprofit organization that delivers hay and feed to ranches and farms in need.
1. Program description
Support Beacon Relief is the dispatch platform for Rancher Navy. Enrolled drivers and haulers receive SMS messages containing job assignments, pickup locations, delivery destinations, load details, scheduling updates, and operational communications from dispatch. This is a closed, operational messaging program — messages are sent only to registered drivers and dispatch personnel.
2. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on dispatch activity and your assigned routes. You may receive multiple messages per day during active dispatch periods.
3. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by Support Beacon Relief or Rancher Navy. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
4. Opt-out instructions
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
